On Borrowed Time

Bart Adkins, Miami beat cop, just killed a drug dealing scum bag that drew down on him.  Before he could do that, though, he was mortally wounded.  Anderson witnessed the scene as it all went down because he was on the trail of the now dead  pusher. 

As he tries to comfort his dying friend, who is telling him why he doesn’t care if he lives or dies, Anderson has to come up with a story that will cover what really happened and save his friend’s good name.
