Phantom

Someone is eating cookies in the Anderson Detective Agency’s break room at an alarming rate.  This doesn’t bother Detective Anderson much since he knows how ex-cops, like those he hires as Private Detectives, love a free meal. 

However, someone is also stealing lunches and dinners that the staff has brought in and he is determined to find the thief.  A short time later, one of his detectives is gunned down and then, Beth--his new wife--is nearly killed by a booby trap in the file room. 

He soon discovers that all three crimes are related  as a seeming Phantom pursues sick revenge...
