People are turning up dead and the only thing they have in common is the way they died and the fact that each one had a part of their body removed.  So far seven corpses were residing in the County Morgue, put there by the one who the press is calling the Prime Cut Killer. 

Detective Anderson and his partner have no leads until the killer gets sloppy and makes a mistake on victim #8 now they have to race against time before #9 ends up on the slab...
